Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use this website or request a website audit through Tanikhi, a service of Markaroo Solutions, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("Markaroo", "we", "us"). By submitting the request form you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. The service
On request, we audit a website's search engine optimisation (SEO), answer engine optimisation (AEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO) and Google Business Profile, and send you a report with recommended fixes. There are two options:
- High-level audit (free): based on public information only. Limited to one report per website. We aim to deliver within 2 working days.
- Deep audit (paid): adds a review of data you choose to share with us (for example read-only access to Google Search Console and Analytics), keyword and competitor research and a walkthrough call. We agree the scope, price, payment terms and delivery date with you in writing before starting, and nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
Requests must be confirmed using the link in our email. We may decline or limit requests at our discretion, and delivery times are targets, not guarantees.
2. Who can request an audit
You must be at least 18 and request the audit for a business purpose. You confirm that you own the website or are authorised by its owner to request the audit, and that the details you give us are accurate.
3. How the audit works
- We look only at publicly available information: the website's public pages, Google PageSpeed data and the business's public Google Business Profile.
- Our crawler identifies itself as "TanikhiBot". If a website blocks unknown tools, we may retry with a standard browser identity, and we load the homepage and one other page in a headless browser to see what visitors see. We read a limited sample of pages (typically up to about 60, plus checks of links and sitemaps), a few at a time, and change nothing on your website.
- We never ask for passwords or admin access. For a deep audit, any access is read-only and granted by you through the provider's own sharing settings, and you can remove it at any time. If someone claiming to be from Markaroo asks for these, do not share them and contact us.
- Parts of the report may be drafted with AI tools from the audit data. A person reviews the report before it is sent.
4. No guarantees
The report is professional guidance based on what we could see on the audit date. Websites, search engines and AI tools change constantly, and rankings and AI answers depend on many factors outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, enquiries, sales or appearance in AI answers. Data from third parties such as Google may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are free, and encouraged, to have any other qualified expert review our findings before acting on them.
5. Making changes to your website
You decide whether and how to apply our recommendations. Back up your website before making changes, and test changes before publishing. If you would like us to implement fixes, that is a separate paid engagement on terms we agree in writing.
6. Your report and private link
You may use the report for your own business, and share it with people who work on your website. Please don't resell or publish it as your own work. The private report link works for 15 days and is then deleted. Anyone with the link can open the report, so share it with care. Download the report file if you need to keep it.
7. Fair use
Don't submit false information, request audits of websites you are not authorised to request, use automated tools to submit the form, or try to disrupt, probe or bypass the security of this website.
8. Intellectual property
Tanikhi, its name, logo, software, methods and report templates belong to Markaroo Solutions. Your website content remains yours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service and report are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, data or rankings, arising from the report or from changes made based on it. For the free high-level audit, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000. For a deep audit, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Communication
We will contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your request. We send marketing only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
